After
receiving your products, please inspect them very
carefully. Please check all aspects of the product you
are receiving. All products have left the factory in good
condition, so be sure that there have been no damages during
the shipping process. If you suspect there might be damage
(boxes ripped open; poles appear bent, etc.), you must
let the carrier know before you sign for the product.
Please be sure to note your concern as specifically as
possible. If there is indeed damage, please call us
immediately at 877-660-8326
so
that we may help you to report the claim. Your failure to
note the damage to the shipper or to contact us within three
days renders all of us helpless. Unfortunately, any new
replacement goods will be billed if you have not followed
these procedures. |
