Polyester - the fabric of choice for ultimate uniforms - is known for its durable yet lightweight characteristics. Unlike natural fibers, polyester fabrics won't release the vibrant colors dyed into the fibers, and its texture is extremely soft on the body for comfortable ultimate jerseys. Our ultimate fabrics are comprised of 72 denier polyester yarns (silk is 110 denier yarns), which affords the perfect mix of softness and durability for a performance fabric.

The knitting process is at the core of creating great ultimate uniforms. Knitting determines the weight, texture and look of the ultimate fabric. We have carefully selected fabrics are produced on twenty-eight cut jacquard knitting machines using only the finest North American yarns available for the best ultimate jerseys and shorts.
